1. This regulation governs the office fees in proceedings before cantonal authorities, insofar as special provisions do not apply.

1. For inquiries in registers, files, etc., no fee shall generally be charged. However, in time-intensive cases, a fee ranging from CHF 10 to CHF 200, depending on the scope and significance of the request, shall be required.

2. Legalizations: CHF 10 to CHF 30.

3. Extracts and copies, preparation of documentation and similar activities: CHF 10 per page.

4. Procurement of documents and provision of information: CHF 60 per hour.
