1. The Conciliation Authority for Rent and Non-Agricultural Leaseholds is the Depository Office according to Article 259g paragraph 1 of the Code of Obligations and approves the forms for the notification of terminations and rent increases (Article 266l paragraph 2 and 269d paragraph 1 of the Code of Obligations).
