Art. 16 Ordinance on the Attorneys' Tariff - d) Proceedings before the Upper Court in Administrative Matters

1. In proceedings before the Higher Court in administrative matters, the fee is a flat rate of CHF 1,000 to CHF 10,000.

2. In exceptionally complex proceedings, the fee may be increased by half.
