Art. 44e Ordinance on the Organization, OoO - Signing Authorities

1. Correspondence issued by the departments shall be signed by the head of the department. In cases of absence, the department secretary is authorized to sign these documents on behalf of the head of the department.

2. Correspondence issued by the cantonal chancellery shall be signed by the chancellor.
