Art. 44a Ordinance on the Government and Administrative Organisation Act (Organisationsverordnung, OrV) - Financial Competencies

1. The Departments and the Cantonal Chancellery have financial authority, provided a credit is approved in the budget and there is no specific regulation, for

a) new expenditures, once-off up to CHF 100,000 and recurring up to CHF 50,000;

b) fixed expenditures up to the amount of the budget credit.

2. The Departments can fully or partially delegate the financial authorities outlined in Section 1 to the subordinate offices.
