Art. 13 Government and Administrative Organisation Act (Organisationsgesetz; OrG) - c) Negotiations

1. In order to negotiate validly, at least three members of the government council must be present.

2. The government council makes decisions of substantial importance or political significance after joint and simultaneous consultation.

3. Other decisions may be made through simplified procedures.
