Art. 8 Ordinance of the Cantonal Council on Asylum (KR AsylVo) - Initial Reception

1. Asylum seekers and temporarily admitted persons newly assigned to the canton are generally accommodated initially by the canton.

2. For important reasons, particularly medical or familial, this requirement may be waived, and a direct assignment to a municipality may occur.
