Ordinance on Contributions in Lieu of Shelters (Shelter Substitution Ordinance; SpeV) (Schutzplatzersatzverordnung; SpeV) - Replacement Contributions (SpeV)
Statutory Text (3 Articles)
1. If no protective shelters are constructed for a new building, replacement contributions must be paid.
2. In the case of residential buildings, replacements must be provided for two protective shelters per three rooms; in hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities, replacements must be provided for one protective shelter per patient bed. Exceptions pursuant to federal law remain reserved.
3. The amount of the replacement contributions is determined according to the appendix.
1. The Office for Civil Protection
a) * issues the permits for the construction of shelters;
b) * imposes substitute contributions;
c) * charges fees ranging from CHF 60.-- to CHF 2,000.-- for decisions regarding the issuance of permits for the construction of shelters, the determination or exemption of substitute contributions.
1. This regulation shall enter into force retroactively on January 1, 2012.
