1. The Canton of Appenzell I.Rh. joins the Intercantonal Agreement concerning the BVG and Foundation Supervision of the Cantons of Zurich, Glarus, Schaffhausen, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, St. Gallen, Graubünden, Thurgau, and Ticino (IVBSA) as of May 22, 2024.

2. Supervision over classic foundations according to Art. 80 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code remains with the Department of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Appenzell I.Rh.
