Art. 20 Schedule of Fees (GebT) - Work of Foreign Persons

1. Fees for Work Permits for Foreign Persons (Foreign Nationals Ordinance) are as follows

1. Annual Residence Permit (per unit): 150.--

2. Interns, Au-pairs, Other Short-stay Permits: 60.-- to 150.--

3. 4-Month Permits: 35.-- to 70.--

4. Permits for Cross-border Commuters: 35.-- to 70.--

5. Replacement Applications: 35.-- to 70.--

6. * Permit for Commencement or Change of Employment: 95.--

7. Extensive Investigations: based on expenditure

2. For particularly laborious procedures, the fee can be reasonably increased.

3. Fees are imposed regardless of whether a permit is granted or not. In the event of a denial, the fee is generally reduced by 50%.

4. Only the employer is required to pay the fees.
