Art. 1 Resolution of the Standing Commission on the Notice Period for High School Teachers

1. Teachers at the gymnasium and the State School Commission may terminate the employment relationship with written notice at the end of a semester. The notice of termination must be given no later than three months before the last school day of the semester.
2. The termination of the employment relationship with different deadlines and on different dates is only possible by mutual agreement.
3. For important reasons, the employment relationship can be terminated at any time without notice.
