Art. 3 Rules of Procedure of the Standing Commission (GR StK) - Conciliation

1. The presiding Female Landammann or the presiding Landammann attempts to mediate in disputes within the Cantonal Council.

2. The same applies when a member of the public or the administration approaches her or him with complaints regarding a department or a member of the Cantonal Council.

3. In cases of significant complaints, the Cantonal Council is informed; it can order the necessary actions regarding the procedure.
