Personnel Regulations of the Aargau BVG and Foundation Supervisory Authority (Personalreglement BVSA) - Scope

1. The Personnel Regulations of the Pension and Foundation Supervision Aargau (BVSA) govern the legal relationship between the BVSA and the personnel.

1. The legal relationship between the BVSA and the personnel is governed by the provisions of the Personnel Act, the Salary Decree, the Personnel and Salary Ordinance, as well as other personnel and salary-related enactments of the Canton of Aargau.

1. The provisions of the cantonal ordinance on expenses, meeting allowances, and other compensations of January 31, 2001, apply to the staff of the BVSA.

1. This regulation was adopted by the Board of Directors in its meeting on November 21, 2011, and shall enter into force immediately, subject to approval by the Government Council.
