§ 4 Regulations for the Arbitration Authorities for Rent and Lease — Principle of Agreement

1. Conciliation Authorities

Conciliation authorities strive to reach a settlement between the parties in all cases. In cases provided for by federal law, they shall, where possible, submit a proposed judgment or a decision in the event of disagreement. If it serves the resolution of the dispute, issues not part of the proceedings may also be included in a settlement between the parties.
