§ 71 Court Organisation Act (GOG) - Eligibility and Employment Requirements

1. Full-time judges who are elected at the time of this Act's entry into force, but do not meet the eligibility requirements as per § 13, shall remain in office and are eligible for reelection to this position.

2. Part-time judges who are elected at the time of this Act's entry into force, but do not meet the eligibility requirements as per § 13, shall remain in office until the end of the current term.

3. Court clerks who are employed at the time of this Act's entry into force are not required to fulfill the employment conditions as per § 42 paragraph 2.
