§ 20a Decree on the Operations of the Grand Council (Geschäftsordnung, GO) - Naturalization Commission

1. The Naturalization Commission or the Great Council may, in addition to the investigations conducted by the municipality and the competent department, and while informing the competent department and the municipality, conduct their own fact-finding investigations.

2. The Naturalization Commission or the Great Council may instruct the competent department to conduct further investigations.

3. The Naturalization Commission or the Great Council may, by way of resolution and informing the competent department and the municipality, exceptionally delegate the conduct of investigations to individual members.

4. The files of naturalization applications under consideration are available for review at the Parliamentary Service or are available electronically.
