§ 15 Decree on the Operations of the Grand Council (Geschäftsordnung, GO) - Reporting

1. The President of the Commission is the rapporteur in the Council unless the Commission decides otherwise.

2. The President of the Commission or members designated by the Commission may, by decision of the Commission, inform the public orally or in writing about the essential results of the Commission meetings.

3. Information is generally provided about the main resolutions, including the voting ratios, as well as the primary arguments presented during the deliberations.

4. The participants of the meeting shall not anticipate the Commission's communication.

5. The positions taken and votes cast by individual participants in the meeting remain confidential.
