§ 8 Register and Reporting Regulation, RRR · Limitation of the Duration of the Certificate of Residence

1. The domicile certificate shall be limited to the anticipated duration of the secondary residence, up to a maximum of five years.

2. For indefinite stays in retirement homes and care institutions, the domicile certificate shall be issued for an indefinite period.
