1. As a counterpart to the benefits that the city of Sion derives from its position as the capital of the canton, it will provide, free of charge, the suitable premises deemed appropriate by the State of Valais for the Grand Council, the Court of Appeal and Cassation, the State Archives, and the Arsenal.
