§ 39 Salary Ordinance for State Personnel (BVO) - Determination of Salary as of January 1, 2003

1. The salary established as of January 1, 2003, under the previous law is the salary under the new law.

2. The assignment of the professional activity to a function and a salary class according to this ordinance and the pay scale will be communicated in writing to the employees by June 30, 2003.
