§ 47 Planning and Building Ordinance (PBV) - Development

1. As development facilities for both public and private traffic, particularly traffic-appropriate access and egress routes for all traffic participants as well as adequate queuing spaces are to be provided.

2. The number of parking spaces for motor vehicles is to be determined based on the Swiss Standard SN 640 281 (edition 2006) concerning Parking (Provision of Parking Spaces for Passenger Cars) in accordance with the intended net areas and existing environmental burdens, while being aligned with the capacity and traffic safety of the overarching traffic network. The number for two-wheelers is to be determined based on the Swiss Standard SN 640 065 (edition 1997) on light two-wheeled traffic (Parking Facilities, Demand Assessment).
