Art. 40 Subsidies Act (SubvA)

1 The authority may revoke a grant when the circumstances justifying its award have significantly changed, or when important new facts have emerged.

2 Revocation is also possible in the event of a change in legislation.

3 The recipient of the grant may claim a fair compensation for expenses incurred in good faith.
