Art. 1 Ordinance on the Publication of the Systematic Collection and the Official Collection Open official source

The Department of Justice and Interior, through its Legal Service, is responsible for the publication and updates of the Systematic Compilation of Legislation of the Republic and Canton of Jura.

The Compilation is published in loose-leaf form and updated several times a year.

The necessary credits are requested through the budget.

Art. 3 Ordinance Concerning the Publication of the Systematic Collection and the Official Collection Open official source

An Official Compendium Volume of the Legislation of the Republic and Canton of Jura is published each calendar year under the responsibility of the Department of Justice and the Interior.

The legislative act of 1978, which is published separately, constitutes the first issue of the Official Compendium.

**The Amendments to the Constitution are published as soon as the result of the vote has been ratified by Parliament.**

Laws, decrees, and government ordinances are published as soon as their date of entry into force has been established. The entry into force shall not, as a general rule, be earlier than the fifth day following publication.

Each volume is furnished with an alphabetical index and a systematic index, which are prepared in a manner similar to those of the Systematic Collection and according to uniform rules.

The printing of the Systematic Collection and the Official Collection is the responsibility of the Cantonal Finance Office, which is also in charge of their dispatch.
