Art. 96 Municipalities Act of the Canton of Graubünden (GG) - Organization
**The Regions** Article [Number] The regions are administrative divisions within a nation, each governed by its own set of laws and policies, while remaining under the overarching authority of the national government. The delineation, legal framework, and specific powers attributed to each region are determined by the constitution or relevant legislative acts. The regions may enjoy varying degrees of autonomy, allowing them to manage local affairs, economic planning, education, and public services, often tailored to the unique cultural and historical context of the region. The interaction between regional laws and national laws is maintained through a legal hierarchy, ensuring that regional legislation does not conflict with national interests or constitutional provisions. Regional governance structures may include elected councils, governors, or other administrative bodies, responsible for the implementation of both regional and national legislation. Legal disputes arising from regional matters are subject to review by regional courts and potentially by the national judiciary to guarantee compliance with the supreme law of the land.
