1. The Merger Agreement Specifically Regulates

a) the participating municipalities;

b) the name and the coat of arms;

c) the principles of the future municipal organization;

d) the affiliation of the new municipality to the region and electoral district;

e) the composition of a transitional board;

f) the responsibilities for drafting and enacting the future constitution and any other legal bases;

g) any potential quorum;

h) the date of the merger.
