Art. 41 GG · Business Audit Commission 1. Composition and Constitution

1. The Audit Commission consists of at least three members.

2. In municipalities with a municipal parliament, the members of the Audit Commission can belong to it.

3. The Audit Commission shall designate a president from among its members.
