Art. 31 GG · 7. Incompatibility

1. An employee of the municipality shall not belong to the authority to which they are directly subordinate. If the municipality does not determine the relevant level of employment for this purpose, any employment shall be considered a ground for incompatibility.

2. Members of the municipal executive board and municipal employees within the meaning of Paragraph 1 cannot belong to the audit commission.

3. The municipal constitution may provide for additional grounds for incompatibility.
