Art. 27 Municipalities Act of the Canton of Graubünden (GG) - 3. Elections to Various Offices

1. If a person is elected to various offices that are mutually exclusive, they must decide for one office or the other.

2. If grounds for exclusion as per Article 32 are present, the individual who receives more votes is elected in the event of a simultaneous election. If the candidates receive an equal number of votes, the decision is made by drawing lots.

3. If one of the persons between whom there exists a ground for exclusion as per Article 32 is elected and the other is already in office, without the simultaneous re-election of the second person taking place following the election of the first person, the election is invalid.
