§ 2 Rhine Ports Act - Principles

1. The handling of goods in commercial shipping at the two Rhine ports is to be ensured and promoted through appropriate measures.

2. The Rhine ports are to be utilized in such a way that security and environmental protection are guaranteed.

3. The Rhine ports and the industrial area owned by the canton are to be managed by the competent directorate.
