Art. 32 Law on Administrative Jurisdiction (VRPG) · Form and Language of Submissions by Parties

1. Party submissions must be submitted to the competent authority in either German or French. Submissions to authorities as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter b, as well as to the Government Office, must be submitted in the official language of the respective administrative district.

2. They must include an application, the statement of facts and evidence, a justification, and a signature; tangible evidence must be attached.

3. In administrative judicial proceedings, party submissions must be submitted in at least duplicate. If the second copy is missing, or if the authority requires more than two copies, it may request the party to provide them subsequently.
