Art. 1 Ordinance on Municipal Authority Members Subject to Oath - Persons Required to Take an Oath

1. The following municipal authority members are subject to the oath
a) the Mayor of the municipality;
b) the members of the Municipal Council;
c) the members of the Audit Committee, including its Chairperson;
d) the members of the Municipal Parliament.
