Legislator summary

AI generated

The Court of Cassation declared the appeal inadmissible because the sole ground of criticism concerned issues already thoroughly examined and rejected by the lower courts. The appellant, Longo Anna, challenged the second-instance judgment regarding the benefit of non-mention, arguing for procedural flaws. The court ruled that these arguments were legally sound, logically consistent with the established facts, and thus constituted a mere repetition of previously decided points.
