AI generated

The Court of Cassation declared the appeal inadmissible because the grounds raised were merely repetitive of issues already fully examined and rejected by the lower court. The appellant argued for leniency regarding alleged injuries and theft, but the appellate court had already addressed these defenses with legally sound and logically consistent reasoning. Consequently, the court ruled that no new legal arguments existed to warrant a review at the stage of legality.
