The Court of Cassation declared the appeal by Alessandro Dibois inadmissible regarding the lower court's finding of liability for jewelry theft. Dibois argued the conviction was illogical given his acquittal on a different necklace, but the court noted the distinct repair element justified the separate finding. The court ruled that further factual evaluations regarding the repair's cost and reliability belong to the lower instance, not the cassation review.
