Kohus Harju Maakohus Liivalaia Kohtumaja Otsuse tegemise aeg ja koht 07.10.2008.a Tallinn Väärteoasja number 4-08-7313 Kohtunik Leo Kunman Kohtuistungi sekretär Jelena Smirnova Väärteoasi Jekaterina Bogomolova väärtegu (väärteotoimik,-protokoll nr.2318.08.008495,AB 1056908) KarS § 218 lg.1 järgi.
