Määruse tegemise aeg ja koht 25.august 2008 Tartu Maakohtu Viljandi kohtumajas Kriminaalasi nr 1-07-14732 loa andmise otsustamine alaealise erikooli paigutamise pikendamiseks Määruse tegija kohtunik Silvi Maiste Taotleja Viljandi maakonna alaealiste komisjon (aadress Vabaduse plats 2, 71020 Viljandi) Alaealine Patrick Olesk (sünd 23.05.92; elukoht xxxxxxx xxx xx-x xxxxxxxx) Alaealise seaduslik esindaja Ahti Olesk

Resolutsioon Rahuldada Viljandi maakonna alaealiste komisjoni taotlus ja anda luba alaealise Patrick Oleski Puiatu Erikoolis viibimise tähtaja pikendamiseks 2008/2009 õppeaasta lõpuni s.o. kuni 31.august 2009.

Edasikaebamise kord Kohtumääruse peale võivad alaealiste komisjon või alaealise seaduslik esindaja esitada määruskaebuse Tartu Maakohtule Viljandi kohtumaja kaudu kümne päeva jooksul.
