Süüdi tunnistada Riho Sahk 24.augustil 2008.a. toimepandud väärteo eest Alkoholiseaduse (AS) § 70 järgi ja karistada arestiga 5 (viis) päeva. KarS § 68 lg 1 alusel arvata karistusaja hulka Riho Sahk`i kinnipidamise aeg. Kandmata karistuse osas määrata KarS § 66 lg 1 kohaselt arest täitmisele ositi järjestikustel nädalavahetustel alates 30.augustist 2008.a. Aresti kandmisele mitteilmumisel kohaldada VTMS § 205 lg 4 alusel sundtoomist. Edasikaebamise kord

Kohtumenetluse pool, kes soovib kasutada apellatsiooniõigust, peab sellest kirjalikult teatama Pärnu Maakohtule Paide kohtumaja kaudu 7 päeva jooksul alates kohtuotsuse lõpposa kättesaamisest, s.o. alates 26.augustist 2008.a. Apellatsiooniteate esitamisel on motiveeritud kohtuotsus Pärnu Maakohtu Paide kohtumaja kantseleis (Tallinna 18 Paide) kättesaadav 15.päeval alates apellatsiooniteate esitamisest. Apellatsioon esitatakse Pärnu Maakohtu Paide kohtumajale 15 päeva jooksul alates päevast, mil kohtuotsus on kohtumenetluse pooltele kohtus tutvumiseks kättesaadav.
