Juhindudes Väärteomenetluse seadustiku § 107 lg 1 p 1, § 109-111, kohus otsustas

Süüdi tunnistada Günther Ridbeck AS § 70 järgi ja karistada arestiga 4 päeva.

Aresti tuleb kanda pärast 4-08-6799 10.juulist.2008.a. otsusega mõistetud aresti kandmist.
