The Federal Administrative Court ordered the admission of the appeal to the Federal Administrative Court, granting the plaintiff's legal remedy and finding that the case involves a question of fundamental significance. The dispute concerned the recognition of a professional qualification as a "Master Builder" (Baumeister) obtained in Austria for practice in Germany, which had been challenged by the defendant authority. The court determined that the appeal must be reviewed to clarify the specific requirements imposed by Article 10(c) of Directive 2005/36/EC regarding the occupational term "Architect," thereby establishing the legal basis for the substantive review in the revision proceedings.
