AI generated

The court found no violation of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights when a national with a settlement permit, married with two young daughters, was expelled after a 39-month prison sentence for drug offenses. The court reasoned that the interference with family life was based on law and aimed at preventing crime, and it was proportionate given the seriousness of the offense, the individual's prior significant ties to Italy, and the adaptability of his wife and daughters to integrate there.

Nessuna violazione dell’art. 8 CEDU.
