The European Court of Human Rights declared a request inadmissible, finding no violation of the right to a fair trial under Article 6 § 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights. The court reasoned that the previous practice of the Federal Court, which considered only the date of credit to its account as determinative for the deadline of paying court cost advances, did not violate the applicant's right to a fair trial.
