The European Court of Human Rights declared inadmissible a case where a company was removed from the commercial register after legal proceedings began. The applicant argued this violated Article 6 § 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which guarantees a tribunal established by law. The Court found no violation, reasoning that the principle of *perpetuatio fori*, which maintains the jurisdiction of the court despite changes in circumstances, applied to the substantive competence of the court in this situation.
