Legislator summary

AI generated

The court declared the application inadmissible, finding that while the distribution of pornographic films falls under freedom of expression, a conviction for their rental and sale under national law constitutes a measure provided by law and necessary for the protection of morals. The applicants failed to prove discrimination, as they did not sufficiently demonstrate that numerous similar businesses in the canton were not prosecuted.

14 CEDU.
