la decisione 17 dicembre 2002, n. 6121, con cui il Consiglio di Stato ha approvato a titolo definitivo il piano regolatore del comune di Pianezzo;

preso atto che in occasione dell'udienza 28 settembre 2005 il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:
