A party filed an appeal challenging a state council resolution that approved a municipality's regulatory plan, but during the proceedings, the parties informed the planning tribunal that the specific portion of the property burdened by the restriction had been acquired by the municipality through expropriation. Consequently, the appellant requested the withdrawal of the appeal as it had become moot, leading the court to strike the case from the record without imposing fees or awarding costs, as the matter was considered exhausted.
