A party submitted a request for revision regarding a previous judgment by the Swiss Federal Tribunal that had dismissed their complaint. The revision request argued that the principle of proportionality was ignored and that the investigation costs were disproportionately high given the minor nature of the offense. However, the Tribunal concluded that the grounds for revision did not meet the legal criteria, as the legal assessment of the case could not be contested in the revision process. Consequently, the Tribunal decided not to entertain the revision request and also denied the request for free legal aid due to the lack of merit in the case, imposing court costs on the party.

Urteil vom 12. Juli 2012

Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons St. Gallen, Schützengasse 1, 9001 St. Gallen,

Gegenstand

Gesuch um Revision des Urteils des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts 6B_292/2012 vom 31. Mai 2012.

Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:
