A complainant submitted a grievance against the Public Prosecutor's Office and the police to the Swiss Federal Tribunal. However, the submission did not include a contestable decision as required by law. The court issued a notice to the complainant to rectify this issue within a specified time frame, but the response was late and did not comply with the tribunal's requirements. As a result, the tribunal decided not to proceed with the complaint, and court costs were imposed on the complainant due to their negligent handling of the legal process.

6B_706/2015

Urteil vom 10. Juli 2015

Strafrechtliche Abteilung

Besetzung

Bundesrichter Denys, Präsident,

Gerichtsschreiber C. Monn.

Verfahrensbeteiligte

X.________,

Beschwerdeführer,

gegen

Unbekannt.

Gegenstand

Unbekannt.

Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

3. Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Lausanne, 10. Juli 2015
