The case involves an appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal concerning a decision made by the Court of Appeal of the Vaud canton, which declared a revision request as inadmissible. The appellant claimed that a judge should have recused themselves due to prior involvement in a related case, leading them to argue that this constituted a violation of the right to an independent and impartial tribunal. The Federal Tribunal noted that the appellant failed to adequately substantiate the claims of legal violations, particularly regarding the judge's participation and the implications for the trial's integrity, resulting in the dismissal of the appeal. Additionally, the request for legal aid was denied due to the lack of merit in the appeal.

Objet

42 al. 2 LTF ; ATF 135 I 91 consid. 2.1 p. 93).
