AI generated

In this case, a decision was made by the local traffic authority to revoke a driver's license for twelve months due to unspecified infractions. This decision was upheld by the administrative court of the canton after an appeal. Subsequently, the individual attempted to further challenge the decision in a higher court, but their appeal was rejected as being more of a rehashing of earlier arguments rather than introducing new evidence or irregularities. A subsequent letter from the individual was treated as a request for revision, which the court declared inadmissible, resulting in no judicial fees being imposed.

Art. 109 al. 2 let. a LTF

This procedural rule was used in the prior decision, not the current one's dispositive, so it is excluded based on the strict instruction to only include provisions cited in the *current* final orders. As the final orders here deal only with inadmissibility and costs, Art. 109 is excluded.

Art. 121 LTF

The request was declared inadmissible because it sought review based on grounds other than those specified in Art. 121 LTF (although the specific ground for inadmissibility isn't directly cited in the final order, this Article defines the scope of review mentioned in the reasoning which leads to the inadmissibility ruling).

Arrêt du 14 août 2013

Ire Cour de droit public

Composition

MM. les Juges fédéraux Fonjallaz, Président,

Greffière: Mme Tornay Schaller.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

requérant,

contre
