### § 1 Doppelbesetzung des Amtsgerichtspräsidiums von Bucheggberg-Wasseramt

1. Für die Amtei Bucheggberg-Wasseramt wird mit Wirkung ab 1. November 1976 die Stelle eines zweiten hauptamtlichen Amtsgerichtspräsidenten geschaffen.

### § 2 Doppelbesetzung des Amtsgerichtspräsidiums von Bucheggberg-Wasseramt

1. Der Regierungsrat wird mit dem Vollzug beauftragt.
